The analysis, scores, flags, summaries, and other outputs provided by PACT are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice of any kind.

No attorney-client relationship is formed by using PACT. You should not rely on PACT's analysis as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, sports agent, financial advisor, or compliance professional.

2. Limitation of Liability

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Market benchmarks are estimates. Compensation figures shown by PACT are derived from publicly available data and general market research. Actual NIL deal values vary significantly based on factors PACT cannot fully assess, including an athlete's individual brand value, negotiation leverage, geographic market, and specific deal terms.

State compliance data may be outdated. NIL laws change frequently at the state, school, and governing body level. PACT's compliance checks reflect general rules as of our last update and may not capture recent legislative or policy changes. Always verify current compliance requirements with your school's compliance office and a licensed attorney.

No guarantee of completeness. PACT's analysis does not review the full text of any agreement. It analyzes deal parameters you provide. A deal that scores well in PACT may still contain unfavorable terms that require attorney review to identify.
